• What time can guests check in?

Check-in time is from 14.00 p.m.

• What time are guests expected to check-out?

Check-out time is within 10 a.m.

• Are there rooms for physically disabled available?

Yes, there are.

• At what time does the hotel close?

There is alway the possibility to enter in hotel.

• Is the beach service included in the price?

Yes, our Hotel provides use of dressing cabin at the private beach, one sun umbrella, one sun-bed and one deck-chair per room.

• Can guests still keep the sun umbrella after checking-out?

Unless otherwise agreed upon, guests are expected to let the sun umbrella free after check-out time.

• Is it possible to reserve the position of the sun umbrella?

Unfortunately not. The position of the sun umbrella depends only on the availability at the check-in.

• Are pets allowed?

Yes, they are but only small pets and with an additional cost of Euro 5.- per day. In any case pets are not allowed in the common areas such as hall, restaurant, bar.

• What kind of services does the price include?

Prices for board per person and day include: service, VAT, English-breakfast, Italian and international dishes, meal choise, salad-buffet, restaurant with air conditioning. Use of dressing-cabin at the private beach, 1 sun bed, 1 deck chair and 1 sunshade (for room), swimming-pool, bicycles and parking.
These prices are valid from a minimum stay of 3 days on.

• There is a discount when meals are takes outside the hotel?

No discount will be granted when meals are taken outside the hotel.

• Is it possible to pay by credit card?

We prefer cash, but we also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, BANCOMAT and EUROCARD.
